Prof. Avi Mendelson
Lab Director
Avi Mendelson is a professor at the CS department, an IEEE fellow, member of the security center and head of the ATLAS Lab at the Technion. He has industrial and academic experience in various areas, such as security and safety of large language models, hardware security, computer architecture, and architectures for machine learning.
Amit LeVi
Reseacher & Scientific Coordinator
Research Supervisor, responsible for global academic/industry collaborations. AI & Security Advisor to companies and VCs (non-profit). Frequent lecturer at high-profile events.
Research areas: Cyber Security, Safety, Empirical Methods,and Foundations of Generative AI.
Rom Himelstein
Researcher & Education Lead
Rom Himelstein is a Master's student in Data Science at the Technion's Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences. He holds a B.Sc. in Data Science and Engineering from the Technion and brings a strong background in data science. His research focuses on the safety of large language models.
Adar Peleg
Research Assistant
Adar Peleg is a researcher in the Computer Science Faculty, working at the ATLAS lab under the supervision of Prof. Avi Mendelson. His research focuses on AI security, with a particular emphasis on GenAI systems. He explores the use of multi-agent in such systems, aiming to identify potential vulnerabilities and devise effective strategies to mitigate them.

Dvir Alsheich
Research Assistant
Dvir Alsheich is a LLM researcher at the AI ATLAS lab, Faculty of Computer Science, Technion. His research focuses on LLM multi-agent systems, their built-in vulnerabilities and how to make them secure and better for everyone.
